Not at all! My classes are designed for all skill levels, from complete beginners to experienced home bakers. I walk you through every step and make sure everyone feels comfortable and confident.
Classes are capped at 8 people. This keeps things intimate and ensures everyone gets personal attention and plenty of hands-on time with the dough.
Just yourself and an appetite! I provide all ingredients, equipment, and printed recipe cards. Wear comfortable clothes you don't mind getting a little flour on.
Classes are held in my home kitchen in San Francisco. The exact address is shared with you after you book. There's street parking available nearby.
Each class runs about 2 hours, from 7:30 to 9:30 PM on weeknight evenings — designed to fit into your schedule.
Absolutely! You'll take home everything you bake during the class — whether that's a dozen english muffins, two babkas, or whatever we're making that session.
Full refunds are available up to 48 hours before the class. Within 48 hours, I'm happy to transfer your spot to a friend or apply your payment to a future class.
Yes! I offer private classes for birthdays, team outings, and other special occasions. Reach out through the contact page and we can discuss details.
I do my best to accommodate dietary needs. Please let me know when you book and I'll work with you on adjustments. Note that most classes involve gluten and dairy.
